Grilled goats cheese, sun dried tomato and nut crust, mixed leaf.

Fish cakes. Mixed fish, lime and ginger in a light crumb with chilli and lime aioli.

Chicken strips, marinated with fresh herbs and garlic.

Chicken liver pate, toast, tapenade, red onion marmalade and chilli jam.

Prawn cocktail, Ardglass prawns on chopped iceberg lettuce with marie rose sauce.

Mains.

Roast Irish Sirloin, slices of prime Irish beef with gravy, peppercorn or chasseur sauce.

Roast Turkey and ham, bread stuffing, pan gravy and all the trimmings.

Home made steak burger, melted cheese and red onion marmalade.

Pan seared Irish chicken breast, mushroom, cream and bacon sauce.

Aldo’s traditional recipe lasagne.

Grilled Salmon, white wine and cream sauce.

Deep fried Ardglass scampi, in a light batter, garden peas, coleslaw.

28 Day dry aged Irish Sirloin. Choice of sauce. £7 supplement.
