Deep fried brie, dressed leaf, basil oil, pear chutney. £5.95

Chicken liver pate, toast, tapenade, red onion marmalade and chilli jam. £5.95

Chicken strips, marinated in fresh herbs and garlic, with napa salad. £5.95

Prawn cocktail, Ardglass prawns on a bed of chopped iceberg lettuce topped with marie rose sauce. £6.50

Fish cakes, mixed fish, lime, chilli and ginger in a light crumb with fine diced bacon, carrots and peas in vegetable stock. £5.95

Pan seared Irish duck breast with confit of duck leg, honey roast vegetables, blueberry jus. £13.95

Roast Turkey and ham, all the trimmings, stuffing, sprouts and pan gravy. £13.95

Irish fillet steak (8 oz*), grilled vine tomato, sautéed mushrooms and your choice of sauce; chasseur, black peppercorn or garlic.    (*minimum pre-cooked weight)    £22.95

28 Day dry aged Irish Sirloin (12oz*), grilled vine tomato, sautéed mushrooms and your choice of sauce; chasseur, black peppercorn or garlic. (*minimum pre-cooked weight)     £20.95

 

Main courses come with; creamy champ, dauphinoise, garlic sautéed, hand cut chips, stealth fries or lyonnaisse.
